In signature Publico style, specialty dishes are as pleasant on the eyes as they are on the palate. Highlights include our version of the Smashed Avocado Toast, with whipped feta, pesto, sunflower seeds and dehydrated tomatoes, as well as the Crump Madame, layered with provolone cheese, artisan bacon and poached eggs. Publico proudly uses free range eggs from leading New Zealand producer, Farmer Brown.
For those who veer on the sweeter side, the White Chocolate French Toast is pure pleasure, with white Valrhona chocolate crumble, butterscotch glaze and vanilla gelato. For a fresh hit of morning vitamins, the Acai Superfood Bowl is filled with amaranth seeds, Publico granola, gooseberry, raspberry, blueberry, cacao, and coconut chia parfait.
To accompany your breakfast we’re brewing 100% arabica beans by local roasters Liberty Coffee, and the drinks menu features an abundance of fruit juices and smoothies.
