Stays at InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay are only available to Singapore-based guests and are unable to accept any bookings from guests who are serving Stay Home Notice or Government-mandated self-isolation.

Travellers entering via the Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL), Air Travel Pass (ATP) and Reciprocal Green Lane (RGL) are welcomed to book stays from 2 January 2022 and have fulfilled the following requirements: 

  • Completed the mandatory Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test upon arrival in Singapore
  • Does not display any COVID-19 symptoms


Upon arrival, the following documents are required:

  • Date of arrival on  your passport
  • Vaccination pass



Dine-in is available for fully-vaccinated guests, recovered patients and guests with valid negative pre-event testing result covering the duration of dine-in, and limited to each restaurant's capacity stipulated by ongoing Safe Management Measures.


Swimming Pool and Fitness Centre are subjected to safe distancing measures, and advance booking is required (booking link provided via confirmation email).

The hotel has received its SG CLEAN certification, enhanced cleanliness, safety standards and processes in line with local health authorities to further support your personal well-being throughout your stay.

The implemented measures include: 

  • Mandatory temperature screening and travel declarations for every guest, visitor, contractor, or spplier entering the Hotel
  • Increased frequency of cleaning in public areas, with high tough areas disinfected hourly
  • Hand sanitizers available at all public areas throughout the Hotel
  • All hotel employees are required to undergo temperature screening twice a day
  • All hotel employees are required to submit travel declarations for any previously fulfilled and future travel plans
