1. Organizer

1. This Anniversary Lucky Draw (“Promotion”) is organised and conducted by RB Corp Pte Ltd t/a InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay (the “Organizer”).

2. Promotion Period

1. The Promotion is valid for bookings made for the Anniversary Stay Package (“Package”) with stay dates between 1 May 2026 and 27 December 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

3. Eligibility

1. The Promotion is open to guests aged 18 years and above at the time of entry.
2. Guests must have booked a stay under the Package at the Organizer during the Promotion Period to qualify for entry into the lucky draw.
3. Each qualifying booking will constitute one (1) entry into the lucky draw.
4. Employees of the Organizer, InterContinental Hotels Group, participating partners, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

4. Participation Mechanics

1. Eligible participants will be automatically entered into the lucky draw.
2. Entries will be recorded using the reservation details associated with the booking, including the registered email address.
3. Multiple qualifying bookings will result in multiple entries, subject to verification by the Organizer.

5. Lucky Draw Dates

1. Two lucky draw sessions will be conducted as follows:
   
   1. First Draw: 31 July 2026, 3pm (SGT) at InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay
   2. Second Draw: 28 December 2026, 3pm (SGT) at InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay

6. Lucky Draw Methodology

1. All eligible entries received during the Promotion Period will be compiled into a centralised draw pool maintained by the Organizer.
2. Winners will be selected through a randomised digital draw process conducted by the Organizer.
3. The Organizer will randomly select for the respective draw sessions:
   
   1. First Draw: Four (4) primary winners and Four (4) reserve winners;
   2. Second Draw: Six (6) primary winners and Six (6) reserve winners.
4. The draw will be conducted through a randomised digital selection process administered by the Organizer’s representatives, in the presence of an appointed third-party auditor to ensure fairness and transparency.
5. Reserve winners will be ranked in the order in which they are drawn and will only be contacted if a primary winner is deemed ineligible, declines the prize, fails to respond within the stipulated timeframe, or cannot be successfully contacted.

7. Prizes

1. A total of ten (10) prizes will be awarded during the Promotion.
2. Each prize consists of one (1) InterContinental Experience at one of ten participating InterContinental hotels worldwide, which may include:
   
   1. Hotel accommodation with breakfast for two (2) persons
   2. Curated destination experience for two (2) persons
3. The specific hotel destination and experience will be allocated at the Organizer’s discretion.
4. Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives, and must be redeemed within the validity period specified in the prize confirmation.
5. Travel costs, airfare, visas, travel insurance, and personal expenses are not included unless otherwise stated.
6. Prizes are not for resale. Redemption bookings must be made under the name of the verified prize winner. The Organizers reserves the right to request identification for verification purposes at point of booking and/or redemption.
7. In the event that the number of eligible entries is insufficient relative to the number of prizes available, the Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withhold and carry forward the unawarded prizes to subsequent draws or giveaways conducted as part of the same promotion.

8. Winner Notification

1. Primary winners will be notified via email sent to the registered email address used to book the Anniversary Stay Package within seven (7) working days from the draw date.
2. Winners must respond within fourteen (14) days from the date of notification to claim their prize.
3. If a primary winner fails to respond within the specified period, declines the prize, is found to be ineligible, or cannot be successfully contacted after reasonable attempts, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the primary winner and contact the next reserve winner in sequence.
4. The same notification and response timelines shall apply to reserve winners when contacted.
5. If any prize remains unclaimed, declined, or forfeited, the Organiser reserves the right to conduct a replacement draw, or withdraw the prize without further obligation.

9. Publication of Results

1. The results of the Promotion, including the names of prize winners, may be published within 30 days after each draw date on the following channels:
   
   1. The hotel’s website at www.robertsonquay.intercontinental.com
   2. The hotel’s official social media platforms
   3. Other communication channels deemed appropriate by the Organizer.

10. Liability

1. The Organiser shall not be responsible for:
   
   1. technical errors affecting entries
   2. lost or misdirected communications
   3. travel disruptions or external circumstances affecting prize redemption.

11. Personal Data

1. By participating in the Promotion, participants consent to the Organizer collecting and using their personal data for:
   
   1. administration of the Promotion
   2. contacting winners
   3. publicity purposes related to the Promotion.
2. All personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable Singapore data protection laws.

12. General Conditions

1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
2. The Organizer’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final and binding.
3. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
